We are Jordan and Megan Richner. We operate Red Cedar Ranch in partnership with Megan's parents. Our farm is located in the heart of Cedar County in Southwest Missouri. We utilize rotational grazing practices to produce high quality, pasture based beef. We strive to be good stewards of our natural resources, from the soil to the plants to the cattle and also to our forest and pond ecosystems. We offer 100% grass finished or grain finished in 1/2 or whole beef orders. Our cattle are on pasture year round from calf to butcher, even our grain finished cattle remain on pasture during feeding. We look forward to providing our customers with a healthy, sustainable, and resilient source of local beef.

The ranchers behind Wyoming Cowboy Cuts know their meats’ “terroir”— the taste developed from their beef cattle’s growing environment — embodies the flavors of Wyoming’s soil, topography and climate. Ranchers Tyler and Angela McCann established their Wyoming Cowboy Cuts meat business to sell real meat, raised here, directly to folks. The McCanns’ cattle are born and raised on the undulating sagebrush steppe of the family’s Hancock Ranch. The calves, when weaned from their mother cows, travel 72 miles to Tyler’s and Angela’s farm. There, the beef cattle reside in irrigated pastures, and, in addition to their grass diet, eat a corn, oat and barley grain supplement. The McCanns’ daughters, the family ranch’s sixth generation, often pet the beef cattle at their twice daily grain feedings. As the fifth generation of the family’s ranch, Angela and Tyler value tradition and the American Dream. Angela’s grandfather and grandmother purchased the ranchlands where, today, the McCanns’ cattle graze. When Angela’s grandparents married, her grandfather owned a saddle and bedroll, and her grandmother had a few cooking pots and a sewing machine. The McCanns’ honor their family’s hard work by furthering the ranch business’s environmental and financial sustainability for the next generation — their daughters. Tyler and Angela know what it takes to raise flavorful, nutritious beef. They value quality, for their family and yours. At home, Tyler evaluates, and highlights, their beef’s terroir through his charcuterie hobby. The McCann family’s favorite recipe? Carne crudo. The Lamb Guys

The Lamb Guys are sheep and cattle ranchers located in east central Wyoming. As members of the Mountain States Lamb Cooperative both traditionally raised and sold lambs to Mountain States Rosen Co. When COVID-19 struck and the country was shut down March 2020, the impacts were devastating to the sheep industry. Restaurant and Food Service sales which were more than 50% of lamb meat sales dropped to near zero. This at the peak marketing time for American Lamb and the largest supply of live lambs ready for market. With a significantly reduced demand, but a lot of lambs at peak quality the Lamb Guys decided to custom harvest their lambs rather than let them get overfat and lose quality. Selling frozen lamb and offering it direct to the consumer has long been a vision for the Lamb Guys. They saw the COVID shutdown as the catalyst to move beyond the vision to actual marketing. Response has been incredible, and their vision is now becoming a reality!

Our beef is 100% grass fed/ grass finished. We do not supplement our animals with antibiotics or growth hormones. Our animals graze on two ranches. They spend the winter months grazing on 3000 acres in the lush foothills of Jamestown Ca. We move our animals 18 miles to Oakdale ca in the summer months to graze on over 250 acres of certified organic irrigated pasture. All animals are processed when they reach there ideal mature weight ranging from 1300 to 1500 pounds ( live weight). These animals will yield between 400 to 450 pounds of vaccume sealed meat.
